What is a Google Form?

  • Google forms are part of the Google Docs suite of online applications. Google forms allow you to create a quick and easy online form, survey or quiz that can be shared online with anyone. The data is collected on a Google Spreadsheet which can then be sorted and rearranged to fit your needs. You need a free Google account to create a form but your participants don't need an account to submit their answers.
